I have a DREAM (this is my MISSION)

I HAVE A

DREAM

I have a dream to redistribute the power of consumerism to small businesses.

The way I plan to do this is to guide business owners to share their MISSION throughout their marketing and help them to do their marketing to win the number of customers they need to grow & and sustain a healthy business.

In turn, this will empower more small businesses & and entrepreneurs to thrive, spend more time with their families, and get closer to God.

I want to help small businesses gear up for a big, positive change to diminish the waste & and excess consumerism that funds BIG BRANDS who are splurging a corporate owner's 5th yacht and 3rd vacation house- it's just not sustainable.

"If everyone can make a healthy $500k a year, retire their spouse, play with their kids, fix up their homes, spend more time outside, and live off their small community food source," I think!

We do this by working hard, ourselves, and reaching our potential by utilizing our resources to the max, with no handouts, no shortcuts.

In my vision, there will be more incentive to create wealth and opportunity with your own two hands, resulting in a greater impact on families, smaller communities, and local economies.

Disease and behavioral disorders will decrease in children, who have more time with their nurturers and caretakers at home, be nourished with love and fresh food, and see positivity from their parents who will guide them as an example.

We can make even more change with this shift in power away from large corporate multi-billionaires and government that currently own our headspace, our money, and decisions, and do the things we want to do as a smaller community with resilience to handle pressing issues and local affairs.

Not to mention, giving more of the "little guys" building wealth for their own families the resources to better their lifestyle away from a paycheck-to-paycheck environment, grow their food, and nourish themselves and their families to health & and and their fullest potential.

I have a big, wild, and ambitious goal to support over 100,000 small business entrepreneurs through my free & paid level of the program, CEO Days,

and I won't stop trying to create the change I want to see in the world by helping these people THRIVE in their businesses!

What is your dream, what is your mission?

Mission-Driven Marketing Supports Your Self-Care & Promotes Sustainability

It’s not just a sexy word, Mission-Driven Marketing comes at a time when the demand to be creative, consistent, and constantly “ON” with social media is leading so many entrepreneurs to BURNOUT!

From firsthand personal experience, the need to keep-up is draining. Especially with children and not working full-time. I often get critical on myself for being behind or not “doing enough” as my brain constnatly is asking me:

  • How can you become so much more sustainable as a business owner?

  • How can you avoid burnout?

  • How can you make your business profitable, and make those profits last?

Mission-driven marketing is what helps create more abundance for you and your business will last so much longer being aligned with your values, and your customers, and responding to your ultimate calling (walking the walk as you live out your mission!).

I believe your business is no mistake, it is absolutely nothing small, and the more you believe in it, the more you will do the WORK in it! This is how you will reach your goals!

But, if your marketing isn’t aligned, and it certainly isn’t based on your business’s highest values, you can’t call in your community to support you. Do you feel like your story isn’t coming out clearly enough?

I encourage you to consider a marketing plan, and work with me to help you build it. These sessions are incredibly valuable and ready for you to stop wasting another moment, or another post that doesn’t align or doesn’t translate to sales!

If you are interested in taking this approach for yourself, for the sake of your FAMILY, friends, or the foks you are caretaking, I challenge you to put yourself first and lead with your mission! Here’s how… STRATEGY SESSION

You are 70% more effective when you have accountability partners!

When do you feel most unproductive? Add an accountability partner and watch your productivity get set on fire!

Just like in your marketing- when you don’t feel like posting, sharing, engaging, or doing anything at all in this department, you need to be held accountable!

This is why each week, I have a group of solopreneurs who meet regularly to hold each other accountable on their marketing tasks.

The truth is- accountability can’t be delegated, and there are parts of your marketing that someone else just can’t do whether you can afford to outsource or not. Let’s talk about this!

We meet each Thursday at 1 pm at MKTG Group. Will you be joining us next week and “clean the kitchen” as it relates to your business and the lack of marketing efforts you need to put forth?

5 Reasons to Niche Down Your Business

A niche is a smaller segment of your business focus, audience, and offerings. Niching-down is the strategic process of taking your more general, broad business services and offerings into a more specific, targeted, and direct portion of those people.

Think of a photographer focusing on newborn portraiture only instead of capturing that PLUS weddings, events, and headshots. Think of a dessert shop focusing on craft cookies instead of being a full-service bakery.

The biggest benefit of your brand becoming more of a niche business is being known for something specific. This makes referring to your business incredibly easy for others. This also makes you receive the time freedom back in your business knowing that you are completely focused on serving one client need at a time. And finally, this process provides more fun when you are staying “in your zone of genius!”

Talk to any social media strategist and guide who are observing the algorithms at a technical level, or any network marketing leader who will tell you their success stories- it’s all about getting as specific as possible!

From a marketing perspective- niching down makes creating content done in half the time, taking out the guesswork, and preparing speaking engagements feel so much lighter & quicker when you know exactly what fewer topics you want to present.

Here is what’s possible when you niche down!

  1. Ultimate Profitability- being a niched-down business is a way to discover profitability because you are focused, clear, and making decisions with a business mindset of “what’s working” vs “spending trial-and-error on what’s not working”.

  2. Exponentially more clarity for you & audience- This makes referrals easier, messaging a breeze, and when your customers and community members hear what you have to say, there is so much less friction and head-scratching with how they understand you.

  3. Spending your resources in the most direct way - If you know you don’t want to show up to certain events, be on social media platforms that you both don’t enjoy and where your audience isn’t- it’s such an easier decision to make when you have your niche determined and clarified.

Think of all the time you get back from worrying about what you are missing out on- no more of that!

  4. Known for something that will increase your brand recognition- How would you like to be remembered for your niche instead of the random ideas and thoughts that keep popping into your head that always feel like a change in direction?

The brains of folks who are receiving this message just may not “stick” as well as if you were niched down!

  5. Most passionate & more fun - More indirectly, you will start to experience only working and spending time in activities, around the focus of what you love best. This happens as a byproduct of niching down - try it and I cannot wait for you to experience this!

If you are just considering this as a possibility, you may be ready to start to niche down your business and become a specialist with these simple 5 ways to niche your business!

At first, this can feel like a squeeze- it can feel like the process of niching down is eliminating the potential of a larger pool. But, I want to show you how thinking that way, it’s only just a scarcity mindset cutting in and that you are actually speaking powerfully to fewer people when you aren’t being more direct, more of a niche.
